The PIN is located on the back of your physical Tim Card. Scratch the silver panel to reveal the 4-8 digit PIN. For digital cards, the PIN is displayed in the Tim Hortons app or in your purchase confirmation email.
Do Tim Card balances expire?
No. Tim Card balances do not expire and there are no inactivity or maintenance fees charged against your balance.
Can I merge two Tim Cards?
Yes. You can transfer the balance from one Tim Card to another through the Tim Hortons app or by contacting Tim Card support at 1-866-846-2273.
What if my Tim Card is lost or stolen?
If your card was registered in the Tim Hortons app, your balance is protected. Contact Tim Card support immediately to freeze the card and transfer your remaining balance to a new card.
