"Very slow service. As the only customer ordered bagel in the line, the manager still gave me the wrong type. I ordered cinnamon rasin and got a plan one. An other lady is wiping the floor at lunch time, and clean the mop beside the customer queue. The water drops everywhere and the floor is also very wet and slippery."
